Nope! Our phones are completely battery operated and require no outside connection to work. This means our phones can be placed anywhere!
How Far In Advance Does Your Phone Ship?

We ship out your phone to arrive at your address 3-5 days prior to your event date! If this timeline does not work with your event, please let us know and we will arrange a date that works best for you.
Do Instructions Come With The Phone For The Guests To Read To Help Them Use The Phone?

Yes! We send a printed 8x10 sign with each order.
What Is The Typical Turnaround Time?

We get your voicemails back to you (audio file via email) within 3-10 days of receiving your returned phone. Vinyl records and USB add-ons will arrive to your doorstep within 4 weeks. You will receive your digital file first to approve.
When And How Do We Return The Phone?

We ask that you return the phone to your nearest UPS Store within three days of the event. A printed return label is included in your shipment.
When Do We Get Our Love Notes?!

We send you your messages within 10 days of your phone being returned.
