Please return the phone within 2 business days after your event.

Setting up your audio guestbook is a breeze. Simply turn on the power button located at the back of the device and wait for the dial tone. We provide you with detailed instructions that come with the package. However, if you need assistance, we also offer a QR code that takes you straight to our Text Support Operator.

Once we receive your phone back at our office, we will work diligently to compile, edit, and send your voicemails back to you within 72 hours. No need to wait for weeks on end to relive your cherished memories. Why not listen to them together on your honeymoon?!

Once your audio has been approved by you, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for vinyl records to be completed and shipped. As for USBs, they are shipped within 1 week of approving your audio.

We provide a printed 8x10 frameable sign with every order, so you don't have to worry about supplying your own. Alternatively, you can choose to use your own. We always enjoy seeing how our clients personalize their signs!

With our phones' capacity to record up to 24 hours of audio, there is practically no limit to the number of messages you can receive.

Regardless of which package you select; we will always include a digital file.

Our audio editing software will compile all of your voicemails into a single audio file, allowing for easier playback and access to your most cherished memories. Instead of listening to each voicemail individually, you will have one audio file that you can enjoy with ease.

Absolutely! You'll always have the choice to order a vinyl and/or USB Flash Drive even after your event. To place your order, feel free to shoot us an email!

Do you have friends and family who can't make it to your event? No need to worry! We offer a Dial-in package as an add-on option for any of our audio guestbook bookings. All messages received through the Dial-in service will be added to your final audio, and there is no limit to the number of messages you can receive.

Absolutely! We provide a set of instructions with your shipped package, including everything you need to set up your phone. Feel free to test it out before your event!

We've got you covered! Our phones love to travel, so count us in for your big day. We currently only ship to the USA, so please order your phone with ample time before your event to ensure you can travel with it to your destination.

We suggest booking early to ensure availability. We have bookings as far as April 2025, so make sure to secure your spot as soon as possible.

We don't mean to brag, but our audio quality is pretty remarkable. As long as you're not standing next to a speaker, your audio will be just fine.
